Angle Rings
- extension for bearing designs NU and NJ
- takes up the function as fixed bearing
- standardised for common scales
An angle ring (prefix HJ) expands the function of radial cylindrical roller bearing designs NU or NJ. A combination of NU + HJ facilitates the absorption of axial loads from one direction. When a NJ bearing is combined with an angle ring HJ, the unit takes on the function of a solid bearing.
Attention: NU bearings with two standard angle rings must not be used due to the danger of axial rigging of the rolling bearing set.
Standards
The dimensions of KRW angle rings are in accordance with ISO 246 resp. DIN 616 and DIN 5412.
