Step 1

There are basically two ways to apply to us: by e-mail or by post.

Ideally, you should send us your documents in digital form (preferably in a single PDF file) to hrnoSpam@krw.de.

Your complete application should include a letter of application, your curriculum vitae in tabular form and all relevant references and certificates.

After receipt of your documents you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us.

The next step is to carefully examine your application. We match your qualifications with the job profile and get in touch with the relevant departments – so it may take some time before we get back to you.

Step 2

Once your documents have convinced us, we will invite you to an initial personal meeting. We would like to get to know you better and give you the opportunity to get an impression of KRW and your potential area of responsibility. As a rule, the manager of the specialist department and the responsible employee of the personnel department will take part in the interview. The length of the interview depends on the position and your experience. On average, you should schedule 30 to 90 minutes for this appointment.

Step 3

If your qualifications are in line with ours and we have the impression that your drive and motivation also suit us, there are several options depending on the position:

• We have a second in-depth conversation.

• We will make you an offer.

• We offer you the opportunity to get to know our company and your future workplace in the context of a trial day or a short internship.

If all steps are successful and we are convinced of you and you of us, then nothing stands in the way of us working together.
