In order to constantly improve customer satisfaction and the performance of our roller bearings, we focus on the continuous optimization of our products as well as the development of new solutions.
The development of a new cage with improved geometry and the use of lighter materials represents a technological leap forward in terms of speed suitability.
As a result, our roller bearings achieve 25 to 30% higher speeds at maximum performance. In addition, in-house production of this essential component enables a high degree of flexibility in terms of delivery times and the cost structure of our products.
The cage is designed for use in stranding machines and high-speed bearings that operate in the limit speed range. They are based on a high-strength aluminium alloy with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. This effectively compensates for centrifugal and alternating forces while ensuring high rigidity with low mass. The result is a robust, reliable component optimized for continuous load for maximum operational reliability under extreme conditions.
