2. Data Categories, Purposes of Processing and legal basis

We process your personal data, especially your name, company, address, (mobile) phone, fax, e-mail-address, data of contract and technical product data for the

  • proper handling of the contracts you are a party of based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. (b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),

  • enforcement or defence of civil claims out of contractual or legal obligations based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. (f) and par. 4 GDPR

  • realisation of marketing actions respec­tively the usage of marketing tools with your agreement based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) GDPR,

  • direct advertising via mail and e-mail, insofar it is legal also without your agreement based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. (f) GDPR and

  • as far as the processing and use of your data is legally necessary, e. g. for the compliance with fiscal and commercial record retention periods based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. (c) GDPR.

 

3. Recipient

The processing of your personal data occurs primarily internal in our company. For this purpose the relevant posts, which need your personal data to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, get access to those data. A transfer to external partners under certain conditions cannot be excluded in context with normal business activities. If so, this may include the transfer to

  • public institutions on existence of official or legal obligations,

  • postal services and forwarding agencies for the delivery of mailing  and consignments,

  • IT services in case of maintenance or disturbance,

  • insurances,

  • credit institutions as financial partners,

5. Legitimate Interests of Processing According to Art. 6 par. 1 lit. (f) GDPR in Connection with Recital 47

The processing and use of your personal data for enforcement or defence of civil claims out of contractual or legal obligations occur in our legitimate interest in this.

The processing and use of your personal data for direct advertising via mail or e-mail, if allowed even without your agreement occur in our legitimate interest to ensure optimal services for you, to strengthen our business relations with you and to improve our offered products and services.

 

6. Period of Storage

We store your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the previously mentioned purposes. This means

  • for the handling of the contracts and enforcement or defence of civil claims out of contractual or legal obligations with you until the end of the year which is followed by the limitation period of all mutual requirements,

  • for direct advertising until the receipt of your objection against the processing of your data for this purpose and a reasonable handling time and

  • as long as the storage is legally required or a possible advertising objection needs to be considered.

 

7. Right to Object regarding Advertising

At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct advertising. To this you can contact us under aforementioned contact details. If you object to the processing of your data for direct advertising, we will not use your data for this purpose in the future.

 

8. Other Rights

Taking into account the respective requirements you also have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). In addition, you are entitled to object to the processing based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. (f) GDPR (Art. 21 par. 1 GDPR).

9. Protection of Minors

Without the approval of a legal guardian, persons, who have not reached their full legal age, should not send any personal data to us.

 

10. Duty to Provide Personal Data

In line with our business relations, you only have to provide those personal data, which are statutory or contractually required respectively needed for the conclusion of an agreement. Without these data, the conclusion of a contract or its realisation is not possible.

 

11. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Automated decision-making or profiling as per art. 22 GDPR does not occur.

Normally our website can be used without filing any personal data. If there are personal data gathered on our website, it occurs voluntarily when possible.

Those data cannot be not matched to a specific person. We will not carry out a conflation of these data with other data sources. If there are concrete indications concerning illegal usage, we reserve the right to investigate those data retroactively.

If you use our contact form for sending us an inquiry, your data including the contact data you put in this form will be saved by us for handling your request and potential further questions. We do not transfer your data to other parties without your agreement.
